SEBERANG PRAI: Penang received more than a quarter of the federal government's allocation for upgrading industrial parks from 2008 to 2010. Minister of International Trade and Industry Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed yesterday said with continuous allocations being committed during the 9th and 10th Malaysia plans, investors can expect to see an ease in doing business in the state.
